Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are handled case by case — but we lean towards saying yes when something is genuinely wrong.

We refund when
The files are corrupt, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, and we cannot fix it promptly.

We generally do not refund when
You changed your mind after downloading, bought the wrong item by mistake but the description was accurate, or lack the technical skills the product clearly requires.

How to request one
Contact support within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or your account wallet, whichever you prefer.
